Day 3: New Enemy & Lost Pups to Save

Day 3 of the game jam.
Added a new enemy type: observers (mono-eyed bat-like creatures) that act as vision to the blind jiangshi's. They are spiritually bonded, so defeating the jiangshi defeats the seer too.
Added some lost pups to be collected in the game as well.
