Ham-Spin
You are a hamster, in a hamster ball,
Cats are trying to get to you, giving it their all,
You are helpless...or are you really?
Weaponize your ball, go ham, go crazy!
You are a hamster, but do not dread,
Aim for their paws and aim for their head!
**Now with an optional 2-player local co-op mode (PC and Web build)!**
Controls:
Move: WASD / LS
Jump: Space / A (XBox) / X (PS)
Leap: Shift / B (XBox) / Circle (PS)
SpinCharge: (Hold) Left Mouse / X (XBox) / Square (PS)
What you should know:
- Cat paws can be hit when their claws are out and when they are stuck to the ground.
- When its paws are hit enough times, the cat's head pops out. Spin towards a wall to bounce off it to hit the head before it hides again!
- You can leap in air!
- Fireballs are dangerous but can be deflected with the spin.
Notes:
- This game was made for the Boss Rush Jam 2025 with the theme 'Spin'
- Post-processing effects (shiny stuff) do not show up on the web build

Very cool idea and use of the theme! It's very fun, and I love the artwork! It's also a pretty good idea to have the boss heal after a little while, so that you have to hit the boss at the perfect time. I really like the mechanics and bouncing off the walls. It's also really nice that you put visual cues to the health of the player, and clues when the cat's paws get stuck. Would love to see an expanded version of this game, with more bosses! :D

Very good game!! Each combat is a more difficult version of the previous and includes new mechanics. Animations are very cool and all in general has a good design!

Neat game! It was fun, I liked the art style and the fighting mechanics were cool. I think it could be nice to see other attacks that you could directly target with or something like that.
